Generations is a series of short pieces that are a collection of analog to digital fragments that occur during the process of dubbing DVDs to DV and then digitally capturing them into a non-linear editting station. The footage catpured is played back at halfspeed in order to both highlight and excentuate the data/visual loss that occurs in moments of supposed "complete black" on camera orginial footage.
